Crashes and accidents happen. A lot. We know - just ask our Tech Service team. We have heard and listened to your suggestions and are now proud to offer Accidental Damage coverage for all our drone (and handheld gimbal) products! This covers all damage from crashes and accidents but does not cover thefts or losses - which means you will need to be able to send your unit in for repairs and you will need to retrieve a "fly away" in order to make a claim. All parts and labour costs will be covered. Your unit will either be repaired or replaced with a new one, depending on the severity of the damages.
Simply purchase coverage at the time of purchase to cover your unit for a 1 or 2 year term. Deductibles may apply. You are able to submit unlimited claims up to the maximum value of the product.
