Zenmuse P1 - The New Standard for Aerial Surveying

The Zenmuse P1 is available for purchase as stock has begun to arrive in North America. 

This new payload for the Matrice 300 RTK is projected to be the new standard for aerial surveying. The combination of a 3-axis stabilized gimbal, full-frame sensor, and fixed-focus lenses are what is needed to conduct photogrammetry flight missions with great success. 

The full frame camera feed being viewed through the DJI Pilot app allows photogrammetry projects to be carried out like never before. Cover over 7km a day and gather information from all the necessary angles using the Smart Oblique Capture feature. Swap between the three different lenses that are available for the payload such as the 24mm, 35mm and 50mm. Some of the features of this payload are:

4 Primary Uses of the Zenmuse P1

Acquire accurate measurements for distance and location. When creating 2D models you can receive information of up to 10km². This process consists of stitching together several 2D images and creating a higher resolution model.

3D Oblique Mission

Easily acquire oblique images from several angles to create 3D Models that are essential for multiple different industries. Generate centimeter-level accurate cadastral surveys to serve 3D reality models using the Smart Oblique Mode. Combined with DJI Terra highly accurate 3D models can used in a variety of applications such as engineering, surveying and construction.

Detailed Modeling Mission

This payload attains image data in ultra-high resolution in difficult environments. Recreating these landscapes using image processing data can be helpful for a variety of applications such as heritage site conservation, hydraulic engineering, geological surveys and much more.
