As of March 25th, the DJI Experience Store will be closed to the public in order to support the efforts of combatting COVID-19. We are encouraging everyone to stay home and to take advantage of our convenient online store. Shipping logistics will not be disrupted and your online orders will be processed.
Our office will be operating on a skeleton staff, with a prime focus on supporting essential business clients including but not limited to: fire, police, and other emergency response organizations we are closely involved with.
Repair cases will only be accepted on a ship-in basis. Contact us to get a shipping label.
We believe the sooner everyone does their part, the sooner things start to normalize again. We will continue to monitor the ongoing situation and heed the advice of our Public Health Officials.
