OVT Technician Service for all your drone and gimbal issues

Standard service rate: CAD$80.00/hour

One hour of our undivided attention, care, and expertise regarding your drone or gimbal. If a job takes, less than an hour to complete, you will only be charged accordingly. 

Check out with this item and we will reach out to you via e-mail or phone to set up a one-on-one appointment to resolve your issue.

How does it work? 

1. Ship in or Drop off your equipment (we can also pick up your equipment, for a small convenience fee depending on location)
2. Depending on the case and the availability of our technicians, same day service might be available (not guaranteed)
3. We aim to diagnose your issue within 24 hours and will get back to you regarding cost and time to complete
4. Once you give us the green light, we will proceed with the service
5. Your equipment is good to go
6. We will contact you to ship back or pick up your equipment (drop off available; see step 2)
7. You are back to being awesome doing awesome things with your awesome gear!

As always, we stand by our policy that if we can't fix it, you don't pay!
